After 14 years of building and designing custom homes, Condos and large Tenant improvements projects, we are proud to bring our experience, fresh and advanced design from all over the world to Calgary. Our company built many houses and condos around the world with a unique style, high end materials and a lot of passion.
SNG-Development Group is a certified builder in Alberta and was named Finalist in 2 categories in the Housing Excellence Nation wide. We build in Calgary and the surroundings, custom homes, single family homes, multi-families, town houses, large renovations and additions, estate homes and high-end commercial spaces. We use our loyal and experienced local team of trades and suppliers.

Nick is a Certified Public Accountant (State of IL) and business adviser, MBA graduate with 6 years of experience working as a manager in KPMG.
Nick has years of experience in the global & Canadian real estate market and is an active residential realtor with 2% Realty brokerage in Calgary.
Jay Gefen - CEO & Partner
Jay is an LLM graduate, with 10 years of experience in global real estate development market. Specialized in custom homes and commercial build.
Jay is managing the company's projects and investors relations.
Roni's Designs - Graphic Design & Marketing
